This property was an extremely extensive renovation. We had to dig up and repair the septic tank, added a bedroom, reconfigured the entire kitchen layout and partially the house layout to add the bedroom. This project we had to replace about 75% of the foundation. We supported the entire house and had to excavate down to the footing and demolish the existing foundation walls. We rebuilt the majority of the foundation and then had to set the house back down on the new walls. This prolonged our project but was done with all the correct engineer prints and permits.
